As a BCSP credential holder, you now have access to a digital badge for each certification or designation that you hold.Your digital badge is free to use and can be shared in emails, within social media platforms, web pages, and more.By BCSP instituting digital badging, certificate holders will be able to more readily share their tremendous accomplishments and commitment to continued education in the safety, health, and environmental fields. YourBCSP digital badge will proudly display your dedication to making the world a safer place.To retrieve your badge and view instructions on how to insert your badge into various platforms, please login to your My Profile account and select “My Badge(s)” to get started

Change in Requirements for Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Effective July 2, 2018

The Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) has changed the education requirement for the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification to require a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, effective July 2, 2018. CSPs who applied for their certification with an associate degree must meet the new requirement no later than December 31, 2020. They may submit proof of having obtained a bachelor’s degree or use the CSP Online Education Program to demonstrate they possess a satisfactory level of knowledge in a number of professional development topics identified as skills/knowledge areas determined to meet the CSP educational requirement.
