With the increase of globalization in the world, cultural diversity or multiculturalism in the workplace has grown as a trend. It is either as a result of immigration or migration, or as a result of expanding organizational reach, as we are becoming an increasingly global community, we will come across people from different cultures, either when working abroad or at home. It is important to look at how we plan and develop our program inclusions, communications and training with considerations for multicultural influence. Having cultural intelligence is important to the success of your safety systems.

This webinar will give some insight to cultural differences that exist, explore the concept of cultural intelligence and demonstrate the application of 5 cultural scales to be considered.
