December 12, 2018 Annual Joint ASSP Greater San Jose/BAESG Holiday Dinner

Overview: 

Registration is now open for the annual BAESG/ ASSP’s Greater San Jose Chapter Holiday Party.

Please join your friends and colleagues in this annual celebratory event. We will enjoy a formal sit-down dinner at Mariani’s Restaurant in Santa Clara at their Cardinal Room (https://www.marianisinn.com) for an evening of networking, food, and drinks. The restaurant will be decorated in Holiday Style.

This event will start off with hors d’oeuvres and a no-host bar that offers a variety of refreshing beverages. Registration starts at 6:00pm and dinner will be served at 7:00pm. Menu choices include Tri-tip, Chicken Marsala and Pasta Primavera. Dinner includes salad, bread, vegetables and will be capped off with a delightful palate of desserts.

The ASSP board of directors plan to award a $1,000 scholarship to a worthy local EHS college student.

The evening will be highlighted by the festive and exciting raffle giveaway. A raffle ticket will be provided to those who donate to the Holiday Party Charity, which this year will go to the ASSP Foundation which focuses on “providing educational advancement, leadership development, and research opportunities to advance the safety, health and environmental profession.”  We will accept cash, check and credit card donations.  The donations will be presented by the Greater San Jose Chapter Delegates at the next House of Delegates Meeting which will be held in June 2019 https://foundation.assp.org/about/.

Donate raffle prizes!

 This event provides a great opportunity for you to promote your business hrough the donation of prizes for our raffle. Please bring the prizes with you to the event, or if you won’t be able to attend please contact Tony Farias, ASSP GSJC President Elect (presidentelect@sj.assp.org) to arrange for delivery.

Also note that registration is online only through the GSJC website.  Payments are accepted at the event, cash check or credit card at the door, no prepayment is accepted. Click on the link to register or RSVP.

Walk-ins are always welcome on day of dinner, however the cost is increased and dinner choices may be limited.
